Terms of Service

By accessing or using ACS Store ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

ACS Store provides educational idle games and serious games. We also offer white-label and custom game development services for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or 16 in the European Union.

Some features require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ACS COMMERCE SAS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. For white-label and custom development projects, IP ownership is defined in individual contracts.

ACS COMMERCE SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
